About me... where do you start when asked that?
How about two beautiful daughters and an amazingly hot wife and a seven month old Kelpie that make up my life.

Add more than two decades as a photojournalist with the some of world's largest media outlets documenting the beauty and the wonder of everyday life and you could nearly sum it all up there.

I have been fortunate as a photographer to witness and share many amazing moments in peoples lives over the years, be it historic or personal but the special ones for me are the moments that often go unseen by many and are often unexpected and its those natural fleeting glimpse at life that I enjoy most.

In 2000, I co-founded Australia's leading and internationally respected photographic art collective, "Oculi", www.oculi.com.au, which goes from strength to strength and has established itself as a powerful and poetic art movement with its commitment to documentary storytelling and its photographic art practices.

Along the way,I have picked up a few photographic awards , published a book, exhibited in Australia and internationally and much of my collection is held in both government institutions and private collections.
June 2012, marks the launch of "Blue Tongue Kiss", which is something I am extremely excited about and hope it becomes a platform for a bit of inspiration and conversation.

Weddings as you can see from my galleries are all different.They are big or intimate, Extravagant, casual or formal.The City, bush or beachside. Even the weather is differing from one to the next. What I love about them apart from all the colourful characters you meet is the challenge to produce a beautiful set of pictures that is different from the last wedding and that i am proud to hand over.

jpiper - Its a bit daunting when your asked to shoot a friends wedding , particularly if the groom is a photographer and a maestro behind the camera also. Nick and I have been friends for more than twenty years and seing him so happy on the day with his beautiful wife Kerri I felt honoured to be part of it. Congratulations guys, Enjoy ! X
